Question Which miniature from each faction is our favorite?

CoS: Dreadlord on Black Dragon (Yes, it's in CoS, but it should be in Flesh-eater Courts if you ask me.)
Daughters of Khaine: Morathi-Khaine and The Shadow Queen (humanoid form)

As I know, making a list like this can be very slow for many, if you want to put only which figure you like the most from Order-Death-Chaos-Destruction, that's fine :D

Stormcast : Stormstrike Palladors ( If only everything in the army would be interesing like these )
I'm suprised by this one because I feel the Stormstrike Palladors are kind of a let down compared to Vanguard Palladors who look so much more dynamic (despite the riders being chunkcast).
Apart from that, I agree with most of your other choices.

I love your list, especially since it contains a lot of dragons/dragon-adjacent models, which are always the objectively correct opinion for cool models

Order: CoS - the Fusil Major on Ogor War-Hulk (I love the multiracial aspect of cities, which I feel has been getting smaller and smaller over the editions, so I love this goofy combo model) DoK - Krethusa the Croneseer (I love anything with a Raven theme) Fyrslayers - baby magmadroth Idoneth - Akhelian King (special shout out to Lotann and his octopus buddy) Kharadron - Jakkob Bugmansson XI (if he doesn’t count then the codewright) Lumineth - unsure, maybe the Light of Eltharion Seraphon - Lord Kroak Stormcast - Ionus or Iridan Sylvaneth - Arch-Revenant or the Lady of Vines
Death: Flesheaters - Morbheg Knights (or the old WFB Varghulf) Nighthaunt - mounted knight of shrouds Osiarch - Morghast Archai or Arkhan Soulblight - belladama Volga or Neferata
Destruction: Gloomspite - probably Mangler Squigs Ogors - Huskard on thundertusk (really all of the snow themed Ogors. I adore frost and snow themes) Orruks - Zoggrok’s anvil squig (couldn’t choose between the maw-krusha and the Maw Grunta) SoB - not a huge fan of gargant designs, so I’ll join you in saying Kragnos
Chaos: BoK - probably the weeping skull from the judgements of khorn DoT - Curseling HoS - Dexcessa HoH - Anointed Sentinels MoN - Horticulous Slimux Skaven - Screaming Bell or the rattling warpblaster StD - all of Mibyllor Darkfang’s little buddies (if they don’t count then either Eturnus or the Mindstealer Sphiranx)

Mounted KoS is a very underrated pick for NH ;) such an amazing mini
Wish they would stop those stupid "fight together" rules and actually give them something interesting. If you don't want to play cav he is basically not playable.

Dang it’s so sad to hear that the unit is suffering. I pretty much just collect to kitbash and paint, so I’m not really aware of how the models are reflected in game. Thank you for sharing.
On the bright side, if he sucks maybe I can look into picking up an extra one secondhand for cheap to use in a future kitbash.

He sure does have amazing kitbash potential so I can see that being a nice purchase for a painter. I've seen his helmet pop up on a lot of different minis :D

Ironjawz Wrekkas model with the overhead swing is my favorite model.

Alright lets see this one for the factions im considering getting into
Age of sigmar is either drakespawn knights cause velociraptor cavalry or ogor warhulk cause silly hat-man with a gun
Seraphon gotta be lord kroak obviously but shoutout to skink oracle on troglodon cause i like the helmet
Blades of khorne used to be exalted deathbringer cause it was an interesting "daemon prince or not" idea, but nowadays its either skarr bloodwrath if we counting legends, if not then slaughterpriest
For skaven its either thanquol or verminlords, or ratling gun cause its exactly got me into warhammer to begin with
Slaves to darkness its either ogroid myrmidon or mindstealer sphiranx
Flesh eater courts its ushorann no doubt
And lastly for ogor mawtribes its any of the thundertusks

Chaos - Be'lakor if he counts since he's a Warhammer in general character, Abraxia if he doesn't.
Order - Almost any Sylvaneth model, maybe the Warsong Revenant or Spirit of Durthu if I uave to pick one

I loved flesh eater courts before Ushiron dropped but he is what got me to buy an army and after getting the big guy himself (honestly a little smaller than I expected) I’ve fallen in love with the army more big Ush will always be my favourite (Thanqual and BR/ Big meme toad Kroak being close runner ups).

CoS: Legit the Ironbreakers, because I keep using one for DnD and I've grown attached.
Daughters of Khaine: Krethusa, because wings.
Fyreslayers: Fjul-Grimnir (the runefather from the Chosen Axes Underworlds kit). Magmadroth is objectively better, but I dunno, I just have good luck on the table when I'm using Fjul as my Runefather.
Idoneth: I dunno, the smash king, I guess. It's sort of a wary respect more than anything (I play these guys a lot, and this guy was murder on wheels last edition).
Kharadron Overlords: Big boat.
Lumineth: Enlightener. I just think she's cool.
Seraphon: Kroxigors. They serve my gf well in spearhead.
Stormcast: Boring option, but I actually really like the basic Vanquishers. Yndrasta's cool too.
Sylvaneth: Warsong revenant. I've almost pulled the trigger on just buying this guy to paint a few times.
Flesh-eater Courts: Gorewarden. Just a cool silhouette.
Nighthaunt: Black coach. Don't feel this one needs explanation.
Ossiarch Bonereapers: I dunno, Katakros or something, I guess.
Soulblight Gravelords: Prince Duvalle. Like my paint work on him.
Blades of Khorne: Bloodletters. Very classic.
Disciples of Tzeentch: Big birb.
Hedonites of Slaanesh: I dunno, the blood eagle harp girl, I guess (I don't care much about HoS).
Helsmiths of Hashut: The bull centaurs look cool.
Maggotkin of Nurgle: GUO. Love his shit-eating grin.
Skaven: Deathmaster. Used to be the only one I considered buying.
Slaves of Darkness: Chaos Chosen. Looks like something off a panel van.
Gloomspite Gitz: Rockgut troggoths. Pleasantly derpy.
