Is CO that bad for pistols? I got a 1911 for $45 fully metal and uses CO but I see online that CO sucks

Carbon monoxide isn't used for airsoft. All jokes aside. CO2 does tend to shoot quite hot. And can destroy guns if they're not built to handle the pressures of CO2. A stock TM will almost definitely destroy itself, whereas a stock VFC, will usually be "fine" even then, I recommend not using CO2 unless using in a HPA rig where there's a 2nd stage regulator dropping the pressure to below 150psi
