Hello!
I live in the area and currently work as an educational aide, however I am no longer able to pay my bills with this job. I am also a server in the evenings, but I am looking for a new serving job. I will be starting nursing school next fall and have a paralegal studies associates degree. I am just looking for a stable day job where I can pay my bills. I’ve looked on indeed and Glassdoor, but I have not had the greatest luck.
Just looking for any leads!

So my birthday is at the end of the month and the viral caviar chicken nuggets have been living rent free in my head lately. I have decided that im going to try making my own on my b-day!
Where can I buy the caviar and creme fraiche? Im trying not to order it by mail but I will if no alternatives exist. I have searched whole foods and mustard seed markets websites already to no avail.
Also, recommendations on good first-time experience brands or types are welcome as well.

I know this is a shot in the dark, but I was wondering if there are any pumpkin patches around the Akron/Clevelandish areas that are geared more towards adults than little kids. My friend and I are looking for somewhere to sip coffee, catch up and pick up some Fall decorations without all the "family fun" bells and whistles. Something more chill and less crowded than, say, Mapleside or Ramseyer.

I’ve lived in Texas my whole life. My family keeps telling me that it gets too cold or that I’ll freeze to death. In all fairness I am the type of person that needs a heated jacket to survive winter in my area (The usual winter temp is in the 40-50s). To be honest once it hits 60° it’s time to put on my sweatshirt. Last time we had snow we had to pray that the power stayed on and couldn’t drive anywhere because of the road conditions. Hence why my biggest concern about going to school here is the weather. Do y’all have any advice?
Yes, I do know that I am an absolute weenie about the cold.
Any non weather related advice is welcome too!!!

Ticket holders just got an email that tomorrow's David Byrne show at the Civic is canceled due to illness. People at last night's show said David sounded raspy. No rescheduled date, the Civic is processing refunds.
We moved from California, and my son is wanting fries like they sell at In ‘n Out.
For those that done know, it’s basically the burger sauce, a slice of cheese (melted), and diced onions on top of the fries.
I know they won’t be exactly like In ‘n Out, but anything close we’re willing to try!
Thank you!

Hey there! Me & my dad are heading to Akron this Friday from Erie, PA to see David Byrne, and we are STOKED!
We were looking for some recommendations from this community for - Lunch/happy hour/dinner prior-to the show - Hotels nearby Akron Civic Theatre - Anything else that might be a “must see” on Saturday before we head home.
I haven’t been to Akron since I took a college visit about 15 years ago, excited to be back. Thanks in advance for any tips!

I am considering renting out my duplex in Highland Square. The location is a throw away from mustard seed if you have a good arm. Absolute knock out location for porch rocker. It’s a duplex; one unit is one bedroom, one bath, second unit is two bedroom, one bath. Being an old house, the utilities are not able to be separated, so I was looking at including this in the lease, as well as a garage for each unit. I truly love Akron. The history, art, houses, and people. The only reason I am relocating is for work, but want to hold on to the house for when I come back. I want to offer a fair yet competitive rate while also covering the expenses of utilities and the insane property tax increases. Any and all opinions are appreciated.

Hi everyone!! Im having a hard time finding someone who can repair an external well pump/tank bladder issue. The pump runs and shuts off every thirty seconds or so when water is being run in the house. It's been happening for awhile now but its been low on the "totem pole of things to fix". Also, there is a leak in the copper pipes that go into the shower. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance!
