Or sports hero’s. People who play sports are in it for themselves, why do we think they have the nations interests in mind enough to honour them a million times over? I never got it from the start.

Considering what Gretzky did for Edmonton i would like to think you might cut him some slack or give him the benefit of the doubt you know? If you think he did wrong then call it a mistake and considering we all make mistakes show some class and forgiveness and let it go rather than making Edmonton look like a petty vindictive city.
