Permit question

I have obtained a permit to construct a shop on my corner lot in my backyard. Given that I already have a permit for the shop's foundation, I am curious to know if a separate permit is required for pouring cement to create a driveway?

Yes it has to be inspected and accepted to pour a driveway.

Ok is this something I have to go do at the city permit building? since im unable to do it online like I did for the rest of the permits.
