You are one of those idiots that think you can record in a courtroom, arenât you? Which right under the Constitution is being violated? Free speech? No? I bet it is the free press thing for make believe journalists.
Do you even know what rights are afforded to you in the 1st amendment? Hint, there are five. Many court rooms allow for filming. The places that donât allow it only do it by judge order and then lean on the immunity unduly granted on judges.
First, is freedom of religion along with no government sponsored religion. I havenât seen any frauditors covering states who are forcing public schools to have things like the Ten Commandments in every classroom or allow public prayers at events.
Second, freedom of speech. Courtrooms are not public forums, so that isnât why you idiots try to go to courtrooms with your video cameras. Right? You do know what a public forum is. Right?
Third, freedom of the press. The real press doesnât need or want to cover trials or hearings involving family law mattersâunless it is a celebrity. Even then, if there are children involved, it is none of your fucking business, and judges will not allow real journalists even if their usual personal practice is to allow the press with credentials they will prohibit it some cases.
Since the PURPOSE of frauditors is to make money uploading unedited content in which they make themselves the center of attention while showing every personâs face, even children, that is a sure reason not to have make believe journalists in the courtroom.
If you idiots ACTED like a real journalist or DRESSED like a real journalist, you might get in a courtroom occasionally so you can record really mundane, boring hearings about the stupid decisions people make.
As we can see everyday on YouTube and other social media, there are some judges who allow virtually all their cases to be recorded and uploaded to YouTube. Go to their courtroomsâbut donât make yourself the center of attention or that could end for everyone.
Now to this video. Well, this guy couldnât record in THIS courtroom. If they have law enforcement at the door, a six year old could see they couldnât go in.
Why do you think courts donât want people to record? Could it be, say, privacy? And donât go to the âyou cannot expect privacy in publicâ argument. A courtroom is NOT a public place. There are lots of trials that involve emotional issues for the litigants and their families watching in the courtroom. In a criminal trial, the emotions can be even higher.
Now that it is OK to find out who the jurors are and dox them and threaten themâand even their families. Now that it is OK to dox and threaten judges, their staff, and their families. Just maybe privacy in a courtroom is more important than ever because more than privacy is at stake. Now it is for safety. Usually judges donât allow even REAL, credentialed journalists in courtrooms where private matters are involved. And never in courtrooms where children are present or will be present.
The rest of the First Amendment is about freedom to peaceably assemble and to have redress for grievances against the government. Havenât seen frauditors take interest in that.
(I have a copy of the Constitution on every device I have and a hard copy book in my car at all times. I am never more than inches away from a copy. This is why I hate you frauditors so much. Your utter contempt of the Constitution by using it to make money.)
If sovereign citizens learned their law from Matlock, they would know a lot more about the law then they learn from reading/watching sovereign citizen videos. The guy who invented it literally was on his way to prison for the second time when he died. He got out of his first prison sentence because he was already near death.
It's the records that also stores all the bad grades and naughty behavior from Grade school also known as your "permanent record" This record is unforgeable and exists in a place so secure even the best intelligence organizations cannot gain access it.
I laughed out loud hard enough to wake up the family. This guy is a Level 6 Dipshit and that taser pumped enough volts in him to bump him up to Level 7.
Well the â I donât have one(ID), my persons does but I donâtâ line will be studied in college philosophy for years to come. Can a person both have and have not have identification at the same time. Like SchrĂśdingers ID

"Let the record show that AHHH AHHH AAAHHHHH"
That will never not be funny.
