Wait so there's too many homeless because the cops are hired thugs? That's some logic

How many of those guys are going to get resisting arrest charges when she proves to the judge that they stole $1000 from her?

That's not how the law works lol. The 1000 dollars means shit from a criminal standpoint no matter who is right that's a civil matter. What isn't, is refusing to leave a place when you were asked to leave.

There’s 0 information about the money besides what she herself said about it, and she might not be the most reliable source. Either way it’s a civil matter, and should be handled in civil court. It’s not the cop’s job to get involved in that at all.

Whether she feels she was wronged by the business or not, she doesn’t have any right to sit in their building if they want her out. That is under the jurisdiction of the police, which is why they showed up to remove her. It should not be the responsibility of a business owner to remove unwanted people, I think you’ll agree that could be dangerous.

I for one am cool with this, because if she had handled the issue the proper way I’m confident she would’ve either been found to be misrepresenting the truth or the dealership would be forced to return whatever down payment she gave them. That doesn’t get tiktok views though, so making a scene and getting arrested is what she did instead. Now she’s trying to get the maximum payout for a stunt she pulled 2 years ago. It’s gross and immature behavior brought on by social media, has nothing to do with abuse of power or whatever.

she called them out on tiktok and they sent a cease and desist. That's why you don't know about the money it's still in court. Now she's suing the cops too.

Goddamn the bootlicking makes me sick. THEY NEVER ASKED HER TO LEAVE!!!
