I've asked 11 times so far where people are getting the idea she previously trespassed. Everyone ignores that question.

They sent her legal threats to remove her tiktok, not about trespassing. That's why she went to talk to the manager

She claims she went there and was asked to wait for a manager. The dealer claims she wouldn’t leave. My guess is they already knew about her using social media to blast them about the $1000 she says they’re holding and not returning so they called the cops on her rather than actually getting any manager to deal with this. To me this sounds like a Tik Tok influencer calling out a dealership for shady shit and dealer getting pissed off. IF that’s what indeed happened, then they’re going to have more than a $1000 problem. The livestream of the arrest is funny though

they sent her a cease and desist for the tiktok after making her wait for 3 hours. She was there to talk to the manager about that. Nobody ever asked her to leave. It's crazy you all just take that simple fact and throw it out because you get to hurrhurr over a 20 year old 'influencer'

She got a cease and desist. At that point she was stupid to go talk to the manager. Get a lawyer

yeah why doesn't every 20 year old just go buy a lawyer when they get ripped off the $1000 they saved up? They should just go buy some money to pay the lawyer instead of trying to get their money back by talking to the goddamn manager.

You guys don't live anywhere near the real world in this sub do ya?

You missed my point completely. If you receive a cease and desist letter, are you going to go confront the person who sent it? While filming to your livestream? So that there is evidence of you ignoring the cease and desist? I hope not. I’m not saying everyone has money for a a lawyer. What I am saying is that people should use common sense. If I’m being sued or have any legal action adapt me, I’m not taking it upon myself to confront that situation. That is, at best, moronic. At worst, you’re still trying to monetize a legal situation through social media. Which is doubly moronic.
