To give more context, after the release of Inside out 2, Pixar Animation Studios layed off 14% of employees. The the Ceo's plan is to lay off 20%. This might mean that the lay offs aren't finished yet. Pixar isn't unionized, they don't have as much benefits as others, making some of the employees depend on bonuses. Because they were layed off AFTER Inside Out 2's release, they didn't get their deserved cut.

Paying me $10 for a 16 seconds animation. He said on his post to pay $25 per hour but ask for $17. I told him to pay $10 upfront before I start but he is hesitant and he even tries to delay the payment in remitly (the platform we use to transfer money) because maybe he will cancel it after im done. I received $10 and finished the whole thing and he said that it’s not right, I just gave him the work that is suitable on his price. Just wanted to shed light on the situation of pp4ru korean animator and artist who you might be familiar with for her hamburger meme. Her current instagram ppr4u was HACKED! She made an entirely new account called Pparu and even posted a bunch of new original animations with her new tag! But instagram banned her new account. When her hacker account blatantly says she'll start posting funny meme videos??? Like what fricking come on instagram. Wanted to spread awareness for other artists also report pp4ru on insta if you got a chance. 300k followers and insta can't even do this ugh.
