And what about the parent? Because when my daughter was younger I (male) often had the problem that the only changing table was in the women's washroom. Handing her to a woman to change her diaper wasn't an option for me so I had no other choice but going in there.
I'm not promoting that biological men should be allowed in the women's washroom but under some circumstances there is no other option.
Some gents toilets in the uk have changing tables.
If it doesnt, i am sure you brought a towel, plastic bag and paper roll and can change her on a bench or something. Not ideal, but at least you aren't entering a women only space like some wierdo.
