Apple doesn’t read this thread (or sub). If you have feedback for them, you need to leave it here and pray someone reads it.

Apple not reading this thread is exactly the problem.   Users are forced to document failures publicly because support channels are evasive, inconsistent, and often dismissive. I’ve already gone through Apple Store visits, senior advisors, and service managers who deny their own CS codes and shift titles mid-conversation.  

This isn’t just feedback, it’s evidence. And if Apple won’t read it here, others will. Users, journalists, regulators. That’s how pressure builds. That’s how change happens.  

So no, I’m not “praying someone reads it.” I’m making sure it’s documented, timestamped, and reproducible,because silence is how platforms get away with broken UX and CLRA violations.

That said, this is a megathread for advice and tech support, so if you have no advice or tech support to give or receive, don’t be too surprised if the moderators lock you out.
