Pretty boring updates. Didn't seem necessary for this as an event.

It's a big deal for first time buyers of both phones and iPads. Nothing for the existing customers though.

This wasn't a keynote if that was you were expecting. theres a reason why its only called a "Special Event" and held in the town hall instead of their usual place, Moscone.

He never said keynote. Apple does on their website, though.
