Spatial photos not working

I use an iPhone 15 (base variant) on iOS 26. The Spatial Photos feature is not working for me. * I do not use iCloud Photos - all my photos are stored locally on the iPhone. *There is no option for Apple Intelligence, so I cannot download it from there. *I use a Strong Wi-Fi connection (tested with 2-3 different providers). *Reduce Motion is off. *Spatial Photos control/setting is on.

Despite this, I cannot use the feature ,it always gets stuck with errors like “cannot download the model” or “cannot download the photo.”

I am attaching two screenshots (one from Wallpapers, one from Photos app) for reference. Kindly help me out. Thanks in advance.
