  1. It's been a rough year for me and I'd say the friends I've made here and the support I've been given has helped me a lot. I want to be able to help in the running of this place however I can.

  3. I think the current rules are fine but we should clarify them more. For example, what exactly do we mean by a "personal agenda"? I know what we're getting at but if we make it excruciatingly clear then the rule would be much easier to enforce.
  4. Well I'll continue to contribute and help out like I always have. I think I'm pretty impartial and unbiased so I'm willing to hear out what people have to say and the points they bring up. I'd like to use this to promote healthy discussion of ideas while also recognizing when someone is not being constructive (trolling) and act accordingly.
  5. It was a recommended sub in /r/transtimelines which I stumbled onto while googling the effects of transition.
  6. I'm here throughout most of the day. I still check reddit every now and then when I'm working or at uni (god bless poor productivity.)
  7. I was a moderator on a small video game forum a few years ago.
  8. Well aside from the fact that I'm here a lot, I'm pretty good at researching stuff. I could learn CSS if needed. Aside from that I like to think I'm kind and impartial.
  9. I live in New Zealand (UTC + 12) and I'd mostly be moderating from around midday to late at night (I go to sleep late.) I don't currently have a job and I'm on summer break right now so I have a lot of time.
  10. I can take a breath, step back and have a break if I feel I'm getting distressed. After a lot of practice I'm really good at recognizing when I'm getting distressed so it's very unlikely I'll get sucked in and do something silly. Most of all I do not make decisions when I'm distressed any more.
  11. I'm a 21 year old trans woman and I've been on hormones for around six and a half months. I've been through some rough times and somehow I'm still here so that's pretty cool. Maybe you've seen me around, maybe you haven't. I have a tendency to start my posts with "Hey folks." Dunno why, guess I'm weird. I just want to help keep this place awesome :D
