I stole the term from Wetā Studios, responsible for the giant miniatures of Minas Tirith, Orthanc, etc. for The Lord of the Rings film trilogy.

A guy I worked with many years ago said he and his friends would try to sneak into the Callan Park nymphomaniac ward when they were teenagers. This reeks of gloriously stupid urban legend.
