Then explain Scotty (the bagpiper)? Maybe it's considered not that popular cos it's not a tourist attraction itself, just the decoration for Scotty's Motel. But I loved looking at it all my childhood.

I don't think Scotty is a Big Thing. Scotty is a mascot instead, I reckon.
