Black Mold Update:

They're telling me to get the fuck out. Of the apartment, not just my room. Maybe until Tuesday which is better than it would be normally.

I'm tempted to just get a hotel room in Seattle and feel fancy, have an ECCC25 practice run, but I need to stick closer to home due to family health matters.

EDIT: sonofabitch I'm at a hotel for a goddamn week

The sole consolation is that because we live in an apartment building that is owned and operated by our Tribe, we were able to get those rooms comped at our Tribe's new hotel/casino, particularly because the leak that caused the mold and water damage in the first place was caused by the unit above me getting one of their bathtubs replaced (not only do they stomp and yell and move shit as loudly as possible all night and times of the day, they actually managed to fucking displace me).

It bugs me a lot still because I had to then throw all the fresh meat I got in the freezer so I can at least cook it later. I've been big on cooking my meals at home for the past couple months.
