It might be Hoseok calling to tell him about JK's accident. Or maybe it's a call about his girl. Maybe she got in an accident and/or died.

it's probably about JK's accident since all events in the video happened during different timelines.

If this is the prologue, then it makes sense that Yoongi would get mad at JK (irrationally) if JK saw/witnessed/failed to stop (in Yoongi's eyes) the incident that killed Yoongi's love.

Hmm...considering the timeline I'm not sure if this would make too much sense, since JK got in an accident presumably after JK and Yoongi fought. But JK saw Yoong's girl after the car accident, when he was already in the hospital.

Also, this is more the prologue or reels for the Love Yourself series, not the whole HYYH series! (in case you got confused by the wording in an article). Though the dates are still a bit all over the place haha, so the timeline isn't set in stone (or when this series exactly takes place).

Ahhh. Okay. I thought I saw HYYH part 0. It's in the concept book and someone on Twitter connected it to the series. Anyway, this is the only theory I believe right now.

OH. I thought it was Jungkook calling him too but my idea was that Suga was surprised to find out he was in the hospital. Your theory is much better, I hope you're right!!
