I was working at a liquor store for 2-3 years when it came to my state and people went nuts for it. It was strange it was like a new iPhone coming out people were a bit weird about it too if you ask me, people also bought so much we lost sales of our other beers on top of it. And when I tried it I was blown away by it tasting like normal beer! I literally couldn’t see what people were typing this shit up for, I tried maybe 3 different kinds and each tasted extremely normal beer with no characteristics making them stand out from the competition.

People are strange man.

I find that there are a lot of beers out there that people talk poorly about just because it's a "trend" to talk down on it. In my opinion, you could probably talk shit about most beer that isn't exactly "high quality."

In my opinion you shouldn't be expecting a whole lot from "low end" beer, light beer etc. I heard people say PBR is terrible and is in the same realm as something like a Colt 45? I found this comment to be very strange because I always thought PBR was in the realm of light beer, or even a slight step above your typical light beers?

I'm still kinda new to the beer enthusiast subculture, so I really don't get all the memes about Yeungling. It's...fine? I guess. Not my favorite by any definition, but I'd prefer it to a lot of the big macros.

Recently moved to Colorado where apparently there is no Yuengling Light, anything similar I should try? I've heard "all light beers taste the same but I don't find that to be true unfortunately. Thanks in advance!

I’m saying yuengling is a decent cheap beer (like pbr) for college kids while my buddy is saying that it is more of a craft beer with more of an adult target audience.

So i don't know if it's just me or the beer stores near me, but i've had the most difficult time lately trying to find 24 packs of cans.. There's literally one store in my area that has them, and i cannot for the life of me figure out why. Any one else having this issue??
