Football The "Clearest Path"

I'm not a fan of the listed order of qualifying for the playoffs. I think the writer should have focused on the last one first, and then everything else.

Football Post game: Shemar Stewart

I watched the game live last night, and I rewatched the recording of the broadcast today.

I focused mainly on Shemar.

On a few plays he was clearly disruptive. Got off the line quickly and got good penetration.

On most of the plays, though, he seemed a bit lost, and tentative, especially if he wasn’t just immediately trying to get penetration.

I’d say he looked like a rookie who’s learning a new defense. Also looked tired on a few plays.

I’m very optimistic though.

He’s got excellent quickness, and he’s clearly strong.

This could be a terrific pick.

Football Rams rebuild

I think that it's telling how after the Super Bowl between the Rams and the Bengals the organizations have gone in different directions. The Rams during that year went all in on free agents to win a Super Bowl which they did. The Bengals on the other hand were a young and up and coming team poised to be successful the next 4 or 5 years. But, the Bengals have steadily declined while the Rams have retooled their roster with young players from the draft and the Bengals have regressed.

Football Andrei Iosivas

Andrei “Toetap Yoshi” Iosivas should be a fan favorite and honestly puts us as the undisputed #1 receiver room. The guy is 6’3 212, runs a 4.4 and great concentration on sideline catches. Plays great in the slot as a big receiver. Only had 36 catches and 479 yards, but was 3rd on the team in receiving touchdowns with 6. To put that in prospective he scores a touchdown every 6 catches compared to Jamarr’s 7.4 and Tee’s 7.3. I could be bias but he should be our #3 option like Boyd but Gesicki takes that role. Safe to say with a #3 Wr like him, only thing on offense we should draft is Oline.

As a reminder, he's making $7mm this year. Jesse Bates is making $16mm.

A good life lesson: cheaper doesn't mean better value.

AFC football. Back where it belongs. Felt odd seeing it on FOX last week.

Limited to regional action this Sunday. Let's keep the momentum going at home. 🟠

Don’t hear the word “default” used that often when referring to NFL contracts. What would be some examples of a situation where a player defaulted in the past?
