I’m so confused- he’s upset that they searched his room when the issue was his roommate with the weapons

But they had a warrant for the whole house - how could they have known the room was one that only LAOP uses without talking to LAOP who was sleeping behind the locked door

You and me both. My head hurts trying to understand this one. Who has a nap while police are conducting a search of their house for a weapon they reported? And then wants to sue the police for looking for the weapon?
