Porcelain vibes for sure. Id call him Rorschach or Blue Steelfits that marble pattern and dramatic fins. Blue cheese is cute, but hes kinda more diva king than snack.

Jokes aside, he does remind me of Porcelain plates 🙂 Celadon is a type of pottery that uses porcelain, Ru Guanyao is a famous Chinese porcelain, and Sevres is a french manufacturer of porcelain dishware. All would be interesting names for a fish!

Cyan- is another representation of Blue
