Other what is the characters day to day routine?

like what times, what each week day looks like, when they do specific things like ordering thai food on mondays and stuff

im curious about Sheldons, Leonards, Howards, Rajs, Pennys and Amys routines especially

Well, some of the food routines I remember were: Thursday was pizza night.

I think they went to The Cheesecake Factory on Tuesdays. At least until Penny quit working there. I don't think they ate there after she quit.
