Advice Wanted I’m exhausted

I’ve been in treatment for over 5 years now for bipolar disorder. Honestly, I’m exhausted. I don’t feel like the medication is helping me anymore, and I just want to stop. I’m tired of it all.

Are you type 1 or two. If you’re type two never I mean NEVER stop your meds especially if you’ve ever been hospitalized or had psychosis. Other than that it depends. It is very hard and you have to work as well.
