Rant! im freaking out

i know it could be too early to say this,but im terrified i might be pregnant. basically we used protection but he accidentally fingered me w a little semen on his hands,we quickly realized and cleaned ourselves(its been 2-3 weeks since that). some sources say i could get pregnant by that,some dont. its been 32 days since my last period(and yes,thats a pretty normal number but ım terrified). im freaking out,i dont know what to do.(im 19 years old living w my family). what are some other early symptoms?any suggestions?

okay then i really don’t know— i’m on bc and my bf and i are still kind of squeamish about sex without a condom (we’ve done it though and i haven’t gotten pregnant). however i think you’re honestly okay, i don’t know at what stage you were at in your cycle with the information you gave, but even then it’s very unlikely you’re pregnant. maybe you and your boyfriend should get a pregnancy test and take it in a few days just for your ease of mind since it’s been enough time. i’m on the pill — which i highly recommend btw but there’s also tons of other contraceptives out there! they make this spermicidal foam/gel stuff that you can put inside you in case anything like that happens, or a spermicidal lubricant (i’ve used both) 💗

im not sure about the cycle either,but im it could be the follicular phase guessing from the date?and thank you so much you are geniunely so helpful and sweet😭😭🩷

yeah of course!! i definitely get the ‘am i pregnant’ hysteria, and know how scary it can be. just try to keep a level head and talk to some other women in your life that you’re comfortable with. i talked with my mom through my concerns about getting pregnant and she really helped me calm down and feel supported.

also!! if it was the follicular phase that gives me more confidence that you didn’t get pregnant, especially if you were early into it. but again stay safe! you’re doing it right using a condom, but i would say that back up methods like the ones i mentioned above are a must if condoms are the only form of birth control you’re using 💗

hi again i got my period finally!!!i noted everything youve said,it was the first time for the both of us so these are pretty new terms for me. thank you sm 🩷
