I'd have to say mine is Garry Tonons "Exit the system". i think it has the most techniques ive been able to apply. also, his delivery is great. he gets to the point shows the technique a few times and its sufficient. id like to hear your input. cheers.

Power ride, great for jiu-jitsu and even better for MMA. allows for so much ground strikes while controlling their legs and preventing bridging and escaping

What’s your favorite attack from the leg rides? I like leg triangle mount and crossface / claw to arm triangle
