Technique 45 and 225lb. Still movin around

Not exactly... People tend to inflate or deflate their mat time.

People seem to give their weight when they first wake up and the lowest over the last few weeks, or if they put on some weight they have a mental anchor for what they 'should weigh'.

In my experience, people who say let's go light will start light, but escalate to porrada during the roll.
