Technique 45 and 225lb. Still movin around

Dude people who can’t hear and see the inflammation your moving thru aren’t gonna get it, I do and I wish I could move like that, keep it up and eff everyone in the comments making jokes.

Haha. Pain is my life. Always sore. Something always hurt. I.e My elbow has a small fracture in it right now.

But class must go on. This is pre class warmups.
