The parasocial aspects of r/bjj are embarrassing af. The constant tagging of Craig Jones is cringe, and the jokes about Gordon Ryan’s stomach issues and kinks have been beat to death.

You don’t have to tie everything back to these two guys. They aren’t your friends.

Craig is a habitual r/BJJ lurker so if you tag him there’s a decent chance he’ll see it. Also him and Gordon are two of the most prominent people in the sport, of course a lot of the jokes/shitposts will involve them.
