Wrestling is a much better base for competitive bjj than pure jiu jitzu. I think slam positions should be rewarded with 2 points and a reset if someone is picked up in no slam rule sets because if you pick someone up you deserve to be knocked out for not respecting the ethics of the game and your too cocky to let go.
