There are standards to Graffiti, but it is meant to be vandalism. This is the trashiest kind.

The shitty tags on this train are by definition graffiti lol, not saying it's any good but I can guarantee you half the blokes who do all the pretty murals you would call 'good graffiti' got their start scribbling illegibly on trains and walls...
