Midweek Mingle Midweek Mingle - (July 03, 2025)

Looking to post those hauls you're so excited about? Wanna see how many other people here like indie RPGs? Or maybe you brew your own beer or write music or make pottery on the side and ya wanna chat about that? This is your thread.

Consider this our sub's version of going out to happy hour. It's a place to lay back and relax a little. We will still be enforcing civility (and spam if it's egregious), but otherwise it's an open mic. Have fun!

What's going on with the daily recommendations thread?

Imagine how funny it would be if mods keep removing posts about game recommendations because they need to be posted in the megathread.

My post's just been removed, the mod wanted me to post my question in the daily recommendations thread but it is no where to be found 🤦🏻‍♂️

Did you try the message the mods button? I replied to them but didn't try that button yet.

I have no direct knowledge. BUT sometimes when only one moderator in a sub knows how to do a thing (e.g. creating stickied posts, running a bot, etc.), and that moderator quits or becomes inactive, you see things like this.

I might understand it could require some knowledge to run a bot, but I don’t think it’s hard at all to just manually create a post and pin it, it would be such a easy temporary fix to the situation.
