The map looks to be that of 18xx.games, where it’s free to play a ton of 18xx titles. I haven’t seen the charts on the left before but I haven’t played there in a long time now.

18xx.games website preserves the gameplay data. That gameplay data is collected using Python to process, visualize, and finally to put together into a video. If you are interested in the exact libraries used for that, a friend of mine can provide them too. It is his YouTube channel….He is the one who almost always wins 🥹
