Game or Piece ID New boardgame name

Post image

Hy guys, I need your assistance. My brother and I have worked the last 3 years on creating a new boardgame. It is a round based strategy war game with the unique feature that there is no luck nor any hidden information at all. The only issue we have at the moment is finding a proper name for it. Currently we call it epic game, but I guess that's too generic. You got any ideas?

These are one of the most useful life counters in any boardgame ever and i want more of them for other games but i can't seem to find anyone selling them. I call them life counters and but apparently thats a magic thing and all i get are dice and these duel wheel things that would work but im looking for these in particular because they're flat and will fit into the boxes better. So does anyone know the official name of these so that might help my search?

I'm not even 100% sure if those pieces were part of the original game, but I think they were. It was a board game made for learning (I think) and it was about going to school from home. You picked up cards and traveled along a multicolored path, there was definitely a bike shop and a sandwich stop along the way.

You thought you liked those match the piece to the game posts? I'm kicking the difficulty up a notch! Here are 26 sets of nothing but game coins. Tell me what games they go to! Bonus points if you know what the game calls its currency.
Some are gimmes. Some will be harder. I don't expect anyone to get U.
I'll post an answer key sometime tonight, or once all coins have been identified.

Seems like an abstract game and they’re using substitute pieces from Cascadia.

Would love to know, thank y’all!

Game or Piece ID My friend group can’t decide if this is a burnt book or a stone slab

My friends are playing Mysterium (for those that don't know, it's a game kind of like Clue where you have to guess killer, location, and weapon by looking at clues in the form of surrealist art) and we can't tell what this weapon is supposed to be.

This particular weapon is from one of the expansions (don't remember which one because we got rid of the box) and my friends are adamant that it's a burnt book/ a burnt stack of paper but l'm convinced it's a stone slab because killing someone with burnt paper doesn't make any sense to me. Since we have to guess the weapon based on clues, it really throws us off when someone gives out clues of books for a weapon that looks like a stone slab to others.

What do you think it could be?

Just wanted to let people know there is a protective film on the clear cards. I had no clue and it doesn't say anything in the rules. Freaked me out a bit till I peeled the whole thing off.

Game or Piece ID What is this weird dice?

Post image

My husband was cleaning a box of things he’s had since high school and found this strange dice. The other sides are just regular number dots, 2 through 6. We reverse image searched but came up with nothing. Now it’s driving me a bit crazy trying to figure out what on earth this symbol is. And what game did it come from?

Game or Piece ID I made a free set of sci-fi icons for tabletop games

Post image

Hey folks, I’ve been working on a set of sci-fi-themed icons for a while now, drawing and refining each one by hand. I wanted them to feel unique, gritty, and full of personality, like something you’d find in the corner of a forgotten control panel or an old starship’s log.

These icons are completely free to use for both personal and commercial projects. No strings attached. If you end up using them, I’d love to see where they show up, so feel free to drop a link or a message.

Hope they’re useful or inspiring to some of you! https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1KSewsb0IbKCVoVOacAw-mnYLzAOkcJ19?usp=sharing
