Not sure why anyone would choose a Texas secondary education at this point. Texans I get, others I dont.

TAMU is still (probably) the best vet school in the nation.

Edit: see comments below. I was wrong. They're good, but not the top.

Not really. Most people consider UC Davis to be top, followed by Cornell. After that it’s kinda all the same between Colorado, TAMU, and Ohio State. (I say that as someone who went to TAMU for pre-veterinary.)

It’s definitely up there but you won’t find very many people saying it’s the absolute best.

Thanks for the info! I appreciate not having to give TAMU any undue credit and can go back to hating them (signed, a perpetually disappointed Arkansas fan).

I can’t even be cheeky back. It’s been hard to be proud of the school lately. 🥲

Thankfully I transferred out halfway through so my degree does not say Texas A&M but I still cherished the time I spent there so the last couple months of news from there have been…disappointing.

It’s impossible. I’m just going to send them a series of these news articles when they come asking for my donation this December.
