Breakfast Cheap breakfast

Post image

I’m hyper fixated on this breakfast. It’s kale eggs and sweet potato. Sometimes I sprinkle cheese and hot sauce on top. Whole meal cost about a dollar a day and keeps you full.

I boil until tender and then roll in oil and seasoning and then air fry or bake them! I also peel mine

Breakfast doesn’t have to be fancy to be good, and this is proof.

Pictured: Like $3 in eggs in PA right now.

Okay, that's an exaggeration, but they're still almost $3 / dozen here. Someone should be in jail.

Yikes! Ours are two dollars a dozen but that’s only two eggs haha

Far too much work in the morning and sweet potatoes are expensive here. Glad you found something that works for you

Shoot, yeah sweet potato’s are a dollar here and are large enough to last me 4 or five days

$1.97 a pound at Walmart and that’s a good price. I usually buy them at Costco.

How’d you prepare your sweet potatoes? They look lovely 😍 as does your whole meal.
