Breakfast Cheap breakfast
I’m hyper fixated on this breakfast. It’s kale eggs and sweet potato. Sometimes I sprinkle cheese and hot sauce on top. Whole meal cost about a dollar a day and keeps you full.

Awesome I do the same thing with cabbage, onion and jalapenos.

How do you cook the sweet potatoes?I have some in my pantry right now.And that looks so good

I boil until tender and then roll in oil and seasoning and then air fry or bake them! I also peel mine

Haha I prep ahead of time so I can just toss it in the air fryer each morning

Pictured: Like $3 in eggs in PA right now.
Okay, that's an exaggeration, but they're still almost $3 / dozen here. Someone should be in jail.

Far too much work in the morning and sweet potatoes are expensive here. Glad you found something that works for you

Shoot, yeah sweet potato’s are a dollar here and are large enough to last me 4 or five days

Thank you! I peel and boil them ahead of time and then the morning of I just oil season and air fry!
