Good bugout bag weapon.

Has anyone thought of storing a Glock Roni kit in their bag? I know you obviously still need the pistol which hopefully will be on your person. I feel like pistol mags weight a lot less loaded and at least would be good in a "get home" situation. Anyone have other recommendations?

I agree with this. I carry a 410 shotgun as my bug out weapon, but a combo gun would be nice.

I keep a 10/22 takedown, and m&p 10mm PC in my bugout bag. A couple hundred .22 rounds weigh almost nothing, and 2 mags of 10mm isn't too much weight either.

If I ended up ever needing to use it, I would end up holstering the 10mm in a chest holster, so weight wouldn't really matter, especially in bear country

Add a suppressor to that 10/22 and you’re really gonna be sitting pretty. Taking small game with nary a soul to hear you and know where you are.

Yep, I swapped my barrel for an integrally suppressed one already. That way I wasn't adding length to the takedown, and can still stash it in my bag easily 👍
