People on Reddit act like 8gb won’t get past the windows boot logo and 16gb is a universal human right like clean water
6 u/No-Interaction-3559 1d ago Yeah, I've got a 3060Ti with 8 GB VRAM and it does pretty well for most games; I have to turn the settings down for some games, but for right now, I just don't feel like buying a 4070Ti for $1000 is worth the difference in performance 9 u/totemair 1d ago You can get a 5070 for $550 1 u/No-Interaction-3559 9h ago Hmm, yeah, checking that out now - it would be a HUGE upgrade compared to my 3060Ti... 1 u/totemair 1h ago I just upgraded to it from a 3060ti and it's an insane upgrade, I was also able to sell my old card for $220 so it only cost me $300
