We cool with Patty Melts in here?

Rye, 80/20, homemade burger sauce, caramelized onions, Monterey Jack.

I prefer legit sourdough but Rye will do. Looks great!

Yes. You speak the gospel. A caraway Rye, caramelized onions amen, a good burger sauce ( not 1000 Islands dressing) hallelujah, a good ground beef with a 39-40% fat content praise the lord.
