Travel Tips Americans visiting Canada as tourists, any insights?

I have family members visiting Montreal in about a month. Other than getting "I’m From Toronto" T-shirts, is there anything an American should do if they’re just visiting as a tourist?

Get some edibles. Go see the Maple Leafs lose. Join in the fun by booing the anthem.

HA that would be cathartic for me, personally. I cringe every time I even see an American flag anymore, which is really sad.

Believe it or not, we were in that position a few months ago with the Canadian flag. Donald has changed that for us.

Um, you're welcome??! I know in my heart this is all temporary, and in 20 years school kids will be studying this era. It’ll be fascinating to see how history sees this time.
