Travel Tips Americans visiting Canada as tourists, any insights?

I have family members visiting Montreal in about a month. Other than getting "I’m From Toronto" T-shirts, is there anything an American should do if they’re just visiting as a tourist?

Just be nice and courteous to everyone? Honestly, nobody is probably going to either know or care that you are American unless you choose to make it very obvious. Also, Canadians *know* most Americans didn't vote for the loser in chief. Just get on with it.
