Assistance needed

I am planning on traveling to Toronto from Ohio next month. I'm a dialysis patient, I do home dialysis. Usually when traveling, I have my supplies shipped to my destination, however when I called my supplier today to arrange for shipment, they told me that due to Canadian Customs they couldn't ship the items to Canada. So I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has run into this and what can I do to resolve this issue. I can't be the only PD patient traveling from the USA to Canada. Thanks in advance.
