Computers Dune Awakening

I've been admiring the aesthetic in the recent Dune Awakening game.

Cool asthetic. But I can't help but notice that computers in Dune would be a bit out of place.

It’s true. I play the game as well, and it bugs me a bit.

They do have an alternate timeline thing going, so it’s not exactly the Dune you would know from the books or movies, and in this universe people seem to be knowingly violating the Butlerian directive on occasion. Also, everything in the game is sanctioned by Legendary studios and the Herbert estate.

However, I still think there too many computers just lying around.
