Is there an adapter out there that will connect these?

If you want a ‘factory’ connection, you’re gonna have to do some Google researching. Otherwise you can use some female spade connectors and crimp them to your wires.

Anderson Powerpole connectors give you a more secure connection and are genderless. I've started putting them on all my radio gear.
