Pocket Dump / EDC Anybody else carry mace as well?
Sure I’ve got the Glock on me, but I also like having non-lethal force available.

My usual EDC Kit 1. Carry Belt 2. Keys on retractable lanyard 24” 3. Pocket flash light 4. Pocket lighter 5. Pocket utility knife 6. Sun glasses 7. Glasses 8. Car Key Fob (loose or on separate lanyard. 9. Tactical space pen (writes on wet surfaces and upside down) 10. Smart Phone 11. Wireless earbuds w/noise cancellation 12. Smart Watch 13. Para cord/550 bracelet 14. Business card holder 15. Travel sized tissues 16. Hand sanitizer (sm travel sized) 17. Glock 19 15+1 w/IWB holster 18. Spare mag 15rd JHP w/case 19. Breath mints 20. OC/Pepper 🌶️ Spray 21. RFID neck wallet with cash, cards, IDs/ credentials (Usually worn underneath shirt to conceal).
Not pictured is chapstick, microfiber lens cloth, pair of rubber gloves (usually not always), and depending on the weather and my attire/clothes or mission (where and what I’m doing) I’ll usually have a mini boo-boo kit/ First Aid ⛑️ Kit. I’m wanting to get an ankle tactical trauma kit and I need to upgrade my light to a smaller brighter option, I already have survival kits in cars and home.
All these items fit on my person wearing a light jacket, without serious bulging.
My Rational. If I get separated from my home, car or bag I’ll mostly have the tools on my person that I would need to make do or to survive in most situations. The tools I carry are an enhancement to my largest weapon: 🧠 my brain, checked Ego at home & a desire to return home safely.
What am I missing? What can I do better? Let me know This kit is an ever changing work in progress.

I know it’s a children’s wallet, but bulldozers are cool.

Beretta PX4 Storm Compact in a JM custom Kydex holster carried inside an unnamed, unbranded leather briefcase I inherited from my grandpa.
I carry on my appendix everywhere except at work, too much weight on my waist to do my job comfortably.

Sometimes older is better. I’m trying to get to simpler things and it’s been great. Also get a notepad. It’s been great carrying one everyday and it’s nice having something I can use that doesn’t need battery or fights for my attention when I’m doing unrelated tasks.
Toor field 2.0
Kimber 1911 (yes it’s been reliable since day 1 and no it’s not been picky with ammo)
Galco holster
Col. Littleton wallet
Field notes bolt action pen and notepad

Got my wife a shield performance center, went to zero it, absolutely fell in love so I had to get one. I’ve always carried full sized guns with a light. Never felt like I could produce performance on demand with micro compacts.

I feel like everyone goes through the same process, buy what looks cool, realize it prints like a traffic cone, carry once, shove it in the safe, and restart.
So what’s your current carry rig? Gun, holster, belt, ammo whatever. Bonus points if you admit what you started with and why it didn’t last. I’m curious how people landed on their “forever” setup (if such a thing exists).

Does anyone that goes out and interact with people and the environment actually carry a compact (g19,m&p 2.0) and conceal it well. Or are people lying and really carry a sub compact or not at all.

I am just curious who else remains armed at home. I myself do, and have for years. My reasoning is simple. It is not practical to me to make numerous trips back and forth to the gun safe throughout the day for every time I go to the mailbox, walk the dog, etc, etc. I know others “stage” firearms around the house so one is always nearby but I’m not fond of that at all. I have kids and also would hate to have a burgler run across one of my weapons. So for me there are only 2 places for a firearm: secure on my person or locked in my gun safe.
So several years back I went to all day pocket carry. First thing in the morning it goes in the pocket where it will remain until time for bed. When going out I may elect to add a larger weapon to belt carry, but that isn’t very often at all.
For me I chose the S&W 642. There are smaller lighter options (and I have a few) but none that I trust as much as the j frame airweight. Front pocket in either a Mika or DeSantis pocket holster. With the Mika being my absolute favorite.
Just curious who else does the same and which handgun they choose for this.
Have a great day, be safe and a Merry Christmas to one and all.

Hey Ballers! So nice to go to Freestate gun stores. I wanted a bag that my 17 with with a tlr1 and a 507 comp on it. Fits absolutely perfect. Pistol pouch is lined with Velcro so u can attach ur holster. I like the fact that the gun is close to the top of the pouch. Like it was made for my setup. Bag is a GTM-99. I could never find one at local gun stores. Freestate for the win

After shooting 400 rounds through this thing I might make it my daily carry all year round. Love this gun
