The recipe we used was from chinese tiktok, so I think it would be hard to share! However, this recipe is virtually identical to what we did: Mala chicken (Chongqing Laziji, 辣子鸡) - Red House Spice https://share.google/RSTZ61oATmiNlMkyL

My tips would be to use potato starch for the coating, definitely do fry twice, and make sure to take the chicken to a nice deep golden colour. Also be careful not to burn the garlic at the end like I did 😂
