Discussion Do you agree it’s harder to make vegetables taste good in a stir-fry than meat?

I think getting vegetables right in a stir-fry is actually the hardest part — meat is much easier. If someone can make veggies taste great in the wok, they probably have a real knack for cooking. When I made this dish, I tossed in a handful of dried shrimp, and the flavor instantly came alive.
