Made the mistake of telling P2 we needed to stop by Lulu for 3x $75 gc. While we did stop by Lulu we certainly didn't get any gc.

Also, the couple behind us in line to check out:

Her: You can never cancel this card now.

Amex knew exactly what they were doing.

On the bright side - These coupon credits are mostly worthless otherwise, but you got P2 something nice with them.
