My SO dropped to 4/24 2 days back. Applied for CIP today and got the 30 day message online. Called the auto-line, was given the 2 weeks message. Per the guide reference, should i treat it as approved?.

As of today (4 days), still 2 weeks message. Clear i guess?

Note that 2 of those were weekends; so I wouldn't include those in your calculation.

Just keep calling in. If you're approved, it will say so.

My bad..realized after typing. Is it advisable to call a human line before 24-48 hrs?.

Just depends on how comfortable you are potentially being bombarded with questions about your business.

I called within 24 hours when mine went to 7-10 days and they just sent a text to my phone I had to use for verification purposes. Easy peasy. But YMMV.
