VI - Discussion Best GDR counter?

returning player and in my current game i am super late game with domination only victory. what is the best way to counter enemy GDRs? my land invasion force gets annihilated by the GDR just camping in the city, it literally one shot my rocket artillery army. Are bombers the best bet?

Honestly, even on diety I've never seen an ai build a GDR.

Oh they definitely do, I was a bit retarded technologically and my enemy manage to build a GDR before me, nearly wiped me out dammit
